Introduction
Every great business starts with an idea, and, as Scott Belsky, the American entrepreneur, says, "It's not about ideas. It's about making ideas happen." The Incuspaze Story is a prime example.
What probably appeared as a simple idea found its space to grow under the thoughtful leadership of its Founder and CEO, Sanjay Choudhury. And today after 10 years, Incuspaze stands as one of India's leading managed office providers.
The Background
Incuspaze began its journey in 2016 with three coworking spaces across North and West India, gradually emerging as a formidable force in the flexible workspace industry.
The company was built around a simple, undeniable fact - enterprises needed more than just a desk. So Incuspaze brought a workspace solution that could adapt to the vision of the clients, support their teams, and grow alongside them.
For Incuspaze, Sanjay Choudhury envisioned a future in curated and flexible workspace environments, with enhanced employee experience, so businesses could establish themselves, bring teams together, and pursue their next stage of growth.
And now a decade later, Incuspaze expands its footprint with 80 centres, spanning 18 cities. With more than 4 million sq. ft. of workspace and 500+ active clients, the journey reflects a decade of evolution, resilience, and a commitment to making room for more.
The Beginning
From its foundational roots in the North and West, Incuspaze quickly expanded into South India by 2019, thus cementing a dominant, pan India presence. Today, our rapidly growing footprint spans multiple tier-1 & tier-2 cities and emerging commercial hubs across the country.
Incuspaze aims to provide enterprise-ready workspace ecosystems for GCCs and enterprises, strategically positioned to connect businesses with their talent, clients and future markets. We help organisations evaluate and adopt workspace solutions aligned with their scale, operational requirements and long-term growth plan.
Building Through The Pandemic Uncertainty
"Move forward. That's the only thing you can do," – Sanjay Choudhury.
When the pandemic reshaped the way businesses operated in 2020, it challenged businesses to rethink not just where people worked, but how workplaces could evolve to meet changing business needs. For Incuspaze, this became an opportunity to look beyond traditional coworking and build a stronger, enterprise-focused business model.
This strategic shift took shape with the launch of Incuspaze's Enterprise vertical and the addition of 22 centres. It marked an important step in the company's journey, laying the foundation for managed workspace offering tailored to the needs of Enterprises & MNCs.
Incuspaze, The Incubator
Incuspaze didn't remain just a household name for coworking or managed office spaces. It emerged as a leader, guiding, accelerating, and fostering growth.
Over the years, the company has delivered office space to a diverse client base, from startups establishing their first offices and growing teams seeking flexibility to enterprises and global capability centres (GCCs) requiring scalable workplace solutions.
Strengthening the Platform Through Strategic Acquisitions
By bringing together iKeva's presence in Hyderabad and specialization of managed workspace capabilities, TRIOS's strong regional footprint in Pune, and VSKOUT's tech-driven ecosystem, Incuspaze evolved into an integrated workspace platform, combining tech innovation, enterprise-focused operations, and an expanded Pan India footprint to serve clients across 18+ cities.
The People Who Made It Possible!
Incuspaze was a dream of one but has now become the purpose of many…
The company attributes its decade of growth and extensive workspace footprint to the dedication of its internal team and the enduring trust of over 500 active enterprise clients. This collaborative partnership model has enabled the company to successfully scale operations across multiple cities and large campus offices.
Ten Years of Making Space for More
Ten years have transformed Incuspaze from three coworking spaces into an enterprise-focused workspace platform serving clients across India. Yet the journey is far from complete.
With plans to add another 3 million sq. ft. of workspace, Incuspaze is preparing for its next phase of expansion and continuing to invest in its platform, deepen client relationships, and respond to the evolving ways businesses work.
Ten years of making space for more. And we're just getting started.
