Responsibilities
- Successful lead generation & conversions through different channels- IPCs, Local Brokers, Partnerships and Direct Company deals
- Closing leads through generating walk-ins, conducting site visits, perform online & offline project presentations
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers by attending networking events
- Updating CRM with leads and sale pipeline records
- Cross-Selling and Up Selling to existing Clients
- Existing Client Expansion
- Maintaining 100% occupancy at our centers
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Qualifications and Skills
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- People from the commercial real estate sector will be preferred
- Successful previous experience in a sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- People with hustle, tenacity, and a self-motivated, problem-solving mindset will be apt for the role
